Dear Sirs,
Chassis No. B-10-DG. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Thompson, Esq.
With reference to your letter of the 4th June, we do not understand why you fitted an exterior driving mirror to this car, because the owner states that the exterior mirror is no good and what he wanted was the existing mirror fitted at the top of the windscreen.
We have arranged that next time the car is in London it will be left with you for the external driving mirror to be removed, and the interior one re-fitted in the correct position.
Yours faithfully,
FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
