With reference to the Conference held at Derby last week by Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} and Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}, and the decision to instruct the Works to produce 50 sets of fine pitch gears and 50 sets of coarse pitch gears for the change speed gearbox, will you please let us know exactly what the coarse pitch should be, the gears at present instructed are 10 D.P.
