Please send new one out. L.B.1.Needles. Maximum Speed on Salbris straight 99 MPH. outwards and 100 MPH. inwards. L.B.2.Needles. Maximum Speed outwards 99 MPH. and 100 MPH. inwards. There does not appear to be any difference in acceleration between the two types of Needles. No difference with cut-out opened or closed. G.W.H. Petrol consumption is being taken. Valves start to bounce at 4.600 r.p.m. At 4.700 actually bouncing, taken with third Gear. 5.50 x 18 Tyres, Top Gear, approximately 105 MPH.
