Phantom 3 Crankshafts.

With reference to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}15/KW.1.10.35, we are quite in agreement with this crankshaft being made from the solid without upsetting the present dies.

This should be adequate for the testing required.
