Bohn Aluminium Bearing.

Lincoln 2 lbs 5½ ozs.
.300 Between valve seats on Zephyr.
1⅛" valve centres & cyl. bore Zephyr.
¾" Between closest adjacent bores.
Casting wall thickness 3/16".
Water between bores 5/16".
Ex. Ports 1⅛" dia.
Cyl. block cast by Campbell Wyatt, Muskegon.
Block Wt. Fully machined 235-245 lbs.
Honing carried out by 400 E.7. Stone.
Boring by 550 R.P.M. Carballoy tool.
Main bearings 4/10 thou. limit for parallel & alignment.
Oil tube pushed in on small splines with 2 to 3 thou. interference.
Block inserts parallel .004 interference fit.
Rods. running clearance 1-2 Thous.
