Dear Sirs, When you were at our works recently discussing heaters with the writer, the question of defrosting was mentioned and you said that you had an attachment for your standard heater which you could supply for this purpose. Will you please send us one such attachment - we will send you an official order for this on receipt of same, and we would be greatly obliged if you could put us in touch with suppliers of flexible hose connection for such a defroster - presumably you have to obtain these connections for your standard job.
