LEFT HAND CHASSIS - TWO NOW REQUIRED INSTEAD OF ONE.

The above, whilst it remains a matter not to be broadcasted, has now become a very urgently required unit; we must, therefore, see that no instructions are lacking.

I do not want at this stage to handicap speedy production of the two chassis now called for, by attempting to bring our drawings up to date with present production. There are, however, certain units which are the same for both right and left hand chassis, and where these have been improved it is the latest unit which must be fitted. I give below the items I know of under this heading :-

1/- Crankshaft as recently standardized for low inertia damper.

2/- Low inertia damper.

3/- Long Skirt Pistons.

4/- Present Rods.

5/- New foot brake direct leverage and modified cam levers to servo.

6/- Front wheel brake drum with springs directly fitted to drums near inner edges.

7/- Exhaust heated bend to carburetter.

8/- Steering column with Dixstampo control bracket.

9/- If ready, Automatic Shutter Control.

10/- If ready, Axles (front and rear) on Central lubrication.

11/- Steering now required 'E' only.
