WRAITH SPECIFICATION.

It is agreed that the new Wraith engine unit will take about three months to produce. When it is produced we may run into several snags. In particular the new valve gear may not be free from trouble.

In the meantime we have plenty of work to do on the engine mounting, frame resonance, and frame sideways shake, exhaust system, steering, gearbox durability, etc., and we know from experience that work on one car is painfully slow.

Therefore, unless we hear to the contrary, we are going ahead forthwith completing the second car to a specification already got out which incorporates as many minor modifications for saving cost as can be got on without delaying the progress of the chassis. We attach a list of the maximum we expect to achieve.

It is possible that these two Wraith cars will carry us over until the major modifications contemplated in Wraith II are ready for the third chassis.
