R.R. 235A (100 T) (S.H. 159. 11-8-20) G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 2800 f8830 TO HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} FROM DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}1/M13.11.25. re. 7-EX. at BARKERS. We were informed this morning that Mr. Royce's driver called on Barkers and instructed that the compressed cushion of the driver's seat should be made 6" below the wheel instead of 9". As we are sure Mr. Royce would not agree with this, we have countermanded this instruction and asked that before any departures are made in future from standing orders and instructions, they should be referred to WW. We refer to R2/M11.11.25., for R's views on the heights of cushions for driving seats. DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
