We are handing over the above car to the Repair Dept. early next week for disposal as Sales think fit. Apart from the specification which we will hand over with the car we would like to point out several features of interest to us. (1) The centre bearing requires replacing in the gearbox. (2) Remove all foot brake shoes & linings and return to exptl. who will provide replacement set. (3) Lucas ignition governor to be changed. RR type will be supplied. (4) NOTE. main bearings are in the now obselite AC.2 material. (5) Fit standard set of valve springs, please return old ones to exptl.
