Burt - Engineer} has written to Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} recommending increasing the load on the torque re-action dampers. The suggestion that the throttle pedal can be used to alter the ignition in France to improve slow running should be investigated. [Handwritten: Advance] WRAITH. (1) Are all the latest oil holes to improve lubrication on the Wraith III crankshaft ? [Handwritten: to report] (2) Expt.
