ORIGINAL To DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}9/LG25.6.24. RE. 40/50 HP. SHORTER CHANGE SPEED LEVER. Y3392 We have fitted the short change speed lever to a 'D' steering car which is fitted with a Hooper open touring body. The standard length levers (3" longer) came uncomfortably close to the Instrument Board. On this car the 3" shorter lever is a great improvement. We agree, however, that for the average car a lever 2" shorter might prove the best compromise. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
