To R.{Sir Henry Royce} from EFC. EFC1/T18.6.24. X.4079 - IGNITION COILS. Reference your Rl/M29.5.24, addressed to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}, and R2/M29.5.24, addressed to myself, we are now, as previously suggested, sending you one of the up-to-date battery ignition coils in a moulded redmanol case, this coil being precisely similar to the present standard in stabalite case, with the exception of the material of the case. This coil we understand you will put on 6-EX replacing the small defectice bakelite encased coil of which you wrote. We hope shortly to let you have results of comparative bench temperature tests of these coils and standard coils in stabalite cases. EFC. | ||
