re SpectreCodename for Phantom III Con Rod Bolts.

We agree to the proposal from RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} to delete the undercuts in the shank ofnthe forked connecting rod bolts in order to overcome the stretching when tightening up.

We send you herewith LeC.4646 showing a modification.

No more engines should be fitted with the old design and the others should be changed over when it is convenient.
