THIS MODIFICATION APPLIES TO THE 'STRAP TYPE ROD' TO L.E.C. 3860.
THE CIRCULAR OIL GROOVE HAS BEEN ADDED TO IMPROVE THE LUBRICATION OF THE BLADE ROD BIG END & ALSO BOTH SMALL END BEARING.
THE TWO TRANSVERSE GROOVES ARE NOW ONLY CARRIED TO ONE SIDE OF BEARING INSTEAD OF BEING CUT EQUAL EACH SIDE OF ¢.
