Messrs. Rolls-Royce Limited,
Derby.

For the Attention of Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} West.

Dear Mr. West,

Further to my letter of yesterday concerning aero plugs, I have your letter of the 24th instant re. a complaint of misfiring on the X399 plugs on the Bentley chassis.

I think it would be quite useful if we came up to see you next week and Mr. Corbin and I will come to Derby on Tuesday, the 29th instant. I have not yet looked at the trains, but you can rely upon our calling to see you immediately after lunch on that day.

With regard to the aero plugs with the revised screening, these are all ready except for the mica linings in the screen tubes. We are expecting these linings shortly and I shall be bringing the aero plugs to Derby with me.

Yours sincerely,
F.{Mr Friese} STOCKBRIDGE,
Managing Director.
