x4086 W/S H.O. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LG20.6.22. 5-Goshawk-11 (GWYNNE BODY). We certainly think it would be advisable for Mr. Beaton to come to with works and see what actually happened to the original fittings before they make new ones. Sp.{Mr Spinney} came up and saw this body for a few minutes in the condition in which it finished the 10,000 miles test. The head is now being repaired by local Coachbuilders, acting on suggestions from yourselves. We consider it will be at lest 3 weeks before this can can be in London and we doubt then whether we shall be able to leave it for as long as 10 days which we think is an unreasonably long time to fix new head fittings.
