Messrs. Ferodo Ltd.,
Chapel-en-Frith.

For the attention of Mr. Longley.

Dear Sirs,

The R.U. has been fitted to two cars which have now most satisfactory brakes. We hope they will remain so. Both cars have aluminium drums which run sufficiently cool not to cause smell.

The pieces of R.U. which we will require for test purposes on cars will be as follows.

GW.371.
GW.685.
GB.750.
GB.751.
GB.752.
GB.754.

8 pieces of each size will be required.

The G.W. Nos. are 3/8" thick, the GB.Nos. are only 5/16" thick.

We will send a covering order for this material in the usual way. An opportunity to try these linings further will occur shortly so that early delivery would be very helpful.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
