Dear Sirs,

Attention of Mr. A.F. Martindale.

We thank you for your letter of the 2nd instant, from which we are pleased to see that the two sets of high lead content Halo 3. are shewing promise as regards freedom from brake squeak.

We also note your suggestions regarding the addition of some oxidising agent for the lead, and we are giving this our immediate consideration. We hope to revert to this matter again in the course of a few days.

Yours faithfully,

For BRITISH BELTING & ASBESTOS Ltd.
