SALES DIRECTOR'S OFFICE. 27th July 1933.

Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

'Attention of Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} West'.

Dear Sirs,

Referring to the writer's call yesterday. I find upon returning to town that the new Nemag Combined Instrument sample has been despatched to you by Mr. Dorer and I trust it has reached you ere this. Perhaps you will very kindly have this instrument tested out on one of your demonstration chassis and let us have your report in due course.

Regarding your request for a report concerning the two Petrol Gauges returned last week, I attach hereto copy of our Electrical Engineer - Mr. Russell's report for your information and beg to inform you this matter has been dealt with suitably with a view to eliminating these small weaknesses in future.

Concerning your enquiry for a small electric clock to replace larger design in the combined instrument, I am afraid we have nothing available but I have arranged for an experimental model to be prepared and will report progress to you in due course.

K.L.G. Plug Screens: I have reported to Major Carington the extreme urgency of your requirements and he has promised to do everything possible to facilitate earliest delivery, although I am afraid the best promise he can make is for a few screens towards the end of next week.

I have told Major Carington that you would like to see him and he is arranging to visit you next week.
