S. SMITH & SONS (Motor Accessories) LTD., CRICKLEWOOD WORKS, LONDON. N.W.2. CONTINUATION NO.

Electric Clock: I am sending you under separate cover copy of our special Electric Clock list in order that Mr. Rowbotham may be able to make a selection. Perhaps after you have both finished with same you will very kindly return this list as it is our last showroom copy.

Lucas Ammeter Dials. I have ascertained that the printing of this is done in our own works. I gather, however, that the reason for the indifferent finish is due to the roughness of the metal and we are pursuing the matter with Messrs. Lucas.

I have passed along your observations regarding the red disc on the large combined Rev Indicator. This matter is immediately being taken care of.

Production of the lighter A.T.Instrument is well under way and we hope to deliver this before we close down at the end of next week.

I have also informed Mr. Buckland that the sample instrument left by Mr. Arrowsmith was fitted with a loose glass and have asked him to watch out for this feature in future.

May I take this opportunity of thanking you for the courtesy shown to me by you and your colleagues during my visit to your works yesterday.

Yours faithfully,

FOR S.SMITH & SONS (MOTOR ACCESSORIES) LIMITED.

SALES DIRECTOR.
