Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X3730 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}4/LG30.4.23. BEATONSON BODY. We attach herewith some correspondence we have received from Sales with regard to the above which it was proposed to get for 5-G-11. It is evident that anything that is done with this type of body will have to be done in spite of the Coachbuilding Committee of which I believe you are a member. In view of the fact that R.{Sir Henry Royce} is considering making a Saloon Body, it may be worth while holding this up until the whole thing can be discussed. We have not received any blue-prints with the correspondence. No doubt they would supply you with prints, should you require them. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
