E.R. Hall, Esq.,
53, Berkeley Court,
LONDON. N.W.1.

Dear Hall,

Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} tells me that when you were up here last week you asked him for all the experimental pieces off your car, which have since been collected.

When I discussed this matter with you in April, I understood we agreed that we should replace the experimental features on this car with standard pieces, free of charge, provided that we retained the special pieces, with the idea that they might be useful for future experimental work. Apparently, however, you do not now wish the car to be dealt with on this basis, though I did not gather that this was so when I spoke to you last week. Under the circumstances I have told Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} that the original arrangement in connection with the car has been cancelled.

Yours sincerely,
