262. W/S. C. from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/R.21.7.39. Attached is a copy of a letter I have written to Hall. I am a little bit disgruntled with this customer's attitude, because we went to a great deal of trouble to discuss his car with him, and, of course, we have frequently gone out of our way to accommodate him, and yet he does not reciprocate. I would rather the Experimental Dept. had nothing further to do with Hall's car, and that it was dealt with purely as though it belonged to an ordinary private customer.
