HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} 3. X6032 The writer proposes visiting Sales on Friday and would like to receive the latest views of the Sales Dept. on the subject of electric horns for J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} 3. As far as he is aware, while the klaxon and bulb horns are not wholly successful, and rather expensive, no one has produced a cheaper substitute which fulfils our requirements. We understand that Derby fitted a pancake vibrator horn on the headlamp bracket of cars going to France, as this is the only means whereby they can make themselves heard. The Bosch horn is considered ineffective. DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
