ENGINE UNIT.

(1) Valves to Lec.4113, springs R.88317
(2) Ground Textolite gears.
(3) Camshaft to Lec. 4120.
(4) Crankshaft to Lec.4032.

(6) Filter for the silent tappets, Lec.4065.
(7) Aerolite pistons.
(8) Any magnesium parts available;

(10) Tappet blocks in piston alloy.

The designs for the crankcase modifications are incomplete and we shall therefore have to make the next crankcase similar to that at present running on the test bed.

We shall require two more carburetters, these, with those that Salt is at present running on the test bed, will enable us to carry on until we find out what modifications are necessary.

The silent tappets are of course to be built up to the latest specification.

The designs are not yet completed for the single plate clutch but have been promised by Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} by the 20th inst. We do not want to make another set of two-plate clutch parts.
