Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/ST.3.6.41 - 5 - 24. REDUCTION OF INERTIA OF HUMBER FAN PULLEY AND HUB. It was agreed that Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Col. and Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CE. would make recommendations between them for a fan pulley with reduced inertia, and that this would be produced before we ran endurance tests on the test bed. 25. CYLINDER BORE WEAR. It was agreed that, on B.20.AW, all 6 cylinders should be chromium plated and that Nos. 1, 3 and 5 conn. rods should have the oil holes blanked off.
