To All Testers,

It is proposed to hold a unmask conference early next week.

In order that the maximum amount of use may be made of this meeting, which takes up a large amount of people's time, the following is a list of the points which will be discussed. The people concerned should come primed with the maximum amount of information on the subjects in question.

1 - Running after switching off. Bits available for test.
2 - Design for propeller shaft. Extension to eliminate split propeller shafts on B.V.s.
3 - Valve surge.
4 - B.V petrol consumption and idling.
5 - Servo judders. Progress made.
6 - 3½ litre S.V ball wear. What modification suggested.
7 - Buick atom valve.
8 - Have we any flush top pistons running.
9 - Valve gear wear on JO.G.VII. Reduced inlet valve stems.
10 - Replacement 8-cylinder engine for JO.G.VII.
11 - Combustion chamber design for 75 mm. and 3¼" bore high power engines.
12 - Mechanical petrol pumps.
13 - Position of Buick pivots.
14 - Specifications for 3¼ litre, 3½ litre and 3 litre high power, 6-cylinder engines.
15 - What split skirt pistons are we running? Have we split skirt and aerolite pistons running in the same engine?
16 - Tyre squeals.
17 - What parts are available to build a 3¼" bore 4-cyl.engine?
18 - Rear seat heat on B.V.s.
19 - Testing of design to eliminate oil pipe breakage to General Filters.
20 - Oil pressure at low speeds. Consider test results.
21 - Over heating of B.JD{J. Draper - Frames} engines. Are we getting choked up radiators due to aluminium heads and iron blocks.
22 - Road spring development. Myth.
23 - Camshafts for Hallford type tappets.
24 - Position of aluminium engine specification.
25 - Position of aluminium brake drums.
26 - Position of improved type water pumps.
27 - Position of Myth detail drawings.
28 - List of faults on Senior Range chassis. Has the old list been found? Have we started another one?
29 - Position of the plane bearings for side shaft of B.V box.
30 - Noise of the Stacebaker bottom gear compared with Austin and Morris.
31 - Progress of work on Austin 8 H.P. car.
32 - Rear Axle for Myth.
33 - Specification for new chassis Senior Range.
