VALVE GEAR RIG.

With regard to the above rig, called for in our memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Ed.{J. L. Edwards}4/AP.11.12.36., our present job on 2c. bed has progressed somewhat better than we anticipated, and it is possible that we shall be ready for this rig in about a month.

As there are quite a considerable number of parts to be made, we should be glad if you would urge this job forward, and if possible have all the necessary bits ready for fitting when the present job closes down. By this means we shall get the rig set up with a minimum waste of time, and be able to resume running at the earliest possible moment.
