-3- Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC.{R. Childs}10/JH. 7th. January, 1939. of 3.0 and 8.5 amperes. (4) Should the adjustment of the regulator appear to be wrong from tests (2) and (3), it may be checked by observing the open-circuit voltage when running at 4,000 r.p.m. This should lie between 15.9 and 16.3 Volts. (5) In a warmed condition, the outputs should not vary from the corresponding ones specified in (2) and (3) by more than 1.5 amperes. We shall be pleased if you would kindly work to this until such time as we can supply you with a complete specification. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
