R.R. 255 a (400 T) (S.C. 536. 15-2-16) G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 1546 By from Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} c.to E.F.C. c. to Ef. 2nd February, 1917. Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}7/NJ2217. X.601. Re Lodge Plugs Referring to your note By3/G15117, of the 15th ult., I attach copy of a letter which the Lodge Sparking Plug Co.Ltd. state they addressed to us on the 25th ult. re tolerance required for the gaps in the annular gap plugs they are supplying to us. I certainly have not received the original letter of the 25th ult. and regret the delay which has occurred in consequence. Please let me know with the least possible delay whether we must continue ordering lodge plugs with gaps same width as hitherto. For want of a better term, these plugs have been referred to as having a gap of 20 thousandths. The Lodge Co. state that they are held up on this matter pending our decision and add that if any change is to be made in the gap, it will probably delay production. ENCLOSURE Nº 182 "JUSTSO" Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} By to Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} Letter att. We will accept plugs to dimensions given on Lodges letter herewith By | ||
