BEATON ALL WEATHER FOR R.{Sir Henry Royce} X3730 We inspected this chassis and partly completed body last week and noted the following points which require attention by ourselves:- (1) INSTRUMENT BOARD BRACKETS. Please supply two of the short "D" type brackets together with the necessary screws, nuts, bolts etc. The ones at present fitted are much too long for the car. (2) FLOORBOARDS. It will be necessary to supply a revised surrounding strip for the gearbox tower and brake lever. This will be handed as the car has a modified brake lever on the driver's side of the gear lever. (3) SIDE WHEEL CARRIER. Please supply a complete side wheel carrier together with bolts and nuts for fitting the same. We have arranged with the coachbuilders for them to fit this under our supervision. (4) EXTRA BODY BRACKET. This car has apparently not got the extra body bracket which we are now fitting as standard. Please supply two such brackets together with instructions for (1) | ||
