We send you herewith LeC.5201 showing a geometric determination of the driving visibility of the Phantom III, 25/30 H.P. and Bentley cars when judged according to the two proposed regulations of the Ministry of Transport, 1) A standard 2'0" high placed 25' from the driver's eye, 2) The final proposal to see the ground at any point more than 30' from the driver's eye. In each case the position of the driver's eye is fixed as being 2'6" measured vertically above the uncompressed cushion. Please circulate the usual prints.
