SPARKING PLUGS.

Replying to your EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} /Thn.12/MH. {M. Huckerby} 15.6.34., it has been decided that on Kestrel M.S. engines the Lodge A2/2 is at the moment the best sparking plug, the V7/1 having too low a heat factor and the V9/1 too high. The K.L.G.Co., are producing a plug midway between these two but at the moment the Lodge A2/2 should be fitted. For all other Kestrel supercharged engines other than the latest Kestrel VI., IX & X engines the K.L.G. V7/1 should be used.
