Complaints of faulty wind tone horns traced to the relay unit.

Sidgreaves - MD}25/E.7.4.37., we have looked carefully through our records and we cannot trace any customers' complaints of the latest modified horns failing in service. However, there have been three complaints that the horns would not operate on the Loud position of the switch. These complaints were traced to the relay unit on the dash board not working properly.
