Congratulations on the best Rolls-Royce that I have ever had the privilege of using.

The new engine mounting, coupled with the riding control, hasmade all the difference.

We did 450 miles of really excellent motoring, and to have altered a 25 HP in such a short time reflects the greatest credit on all concerned.

Now for a few criticisms. I think the steering only very fair. At higher speeds it was a trouble, and was always on the move, and personally I prefer the steering on the Terraplane.

Power seemed to be less than my old car, and should say it was with difficulty one could reach 70 miles per hour, although it is true to say that I had not many good roads.

Brakes were very effective,- but the foot brake, particularly, had a pronounced thump.

Whistle in the carburetter annoying, one or two tappet noises.

Petrol consumption not so good. Without a close test I should say about 14 miles to the gallon, as against a definite 18 on my old car.

We had reason to use the ride control and thought it effective. From a standing start, unless used very carefully, we got a nasty vibration somewhere between 8 and 10 miles per hour.

Finally, this car is a great advance, and you are very near getting a perfect motorcar.
