The unit in the above car has now completed just over 10,000 miles. There has been no evidence of piston knocks during this period, The engine has maintained its tune well, Oil pressure and consumption has been normal, Petrol consumption approximately 15 1/2 m.p.gall., Engine timing gears rattle at low speeds and fine at high speeds. Engine starts instantaneously from cold on Wakefield's XL or Price's 'Motorine', but during the cold months was very difficult to start on XXL. Lp.{Mr Lappin} | ||
