The Firs Matlock 17. 9. 25 X457 Ro{C. C. Rose - Export Manager} I am feeling a bit run down left early today & may not be in tomorrow hence this note. I made an obvious error which yourself or Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} may have noticed & corrected I was tired & fagged when I made analysis of High speed Wabble & as result got to the end too quickly. Where in the last stage I point out that when wheel leaves the ground the first time with any real energy the wheel in question swings to its backward lock & then omit to notice this is first stage of movement & as a result the wheel on the ground still is made to 'toe in' as I assume a forward lock & that when this wheel is forced back by self centreing action and road drag the wheel in the air now falling is moved to forward lock in turn. | ||
