I have before me the advertisement of a system for dipping headlights by Barker, Olaf Street, Latimer Road, W.11. This system appears to me very much like the one you were experimenting with on "R"s car when I was last at "W". Will you tell me if it is so. If this sytem is a success I would like to fit it on our trials cars. Any information on the question you can give me would be much appreciated.
