OIL LEAKING ON THE FRONT BRAKES. O.K?

Working from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}'s memo from Chateauroux dated 6.7.36, I wish you to instruct a piece of sheet steel to be rivetted and sweated to the mud excluder in the manner indicated on Mr. Scholes' sketch.

This modification will have to be introduced on all the cars as they become available for repair work.
