Investigating a one-month delay in a design modification for the Wraith, which resulted in scrap parts.

You will see from the attached correspondence that there appears to have been a delay of one month between the issuing of a small modification by the Design Dept., and the incorporation of this modification on the detailed drawing. The effect of this delay has been that we had 3 or 4 sets of parts made for the Wraith to the original drawing, which are now scrap.
