You will see from the attached correspondence that there appears to have been a delay of one month between the issuing of a small modification by the Design Dept., and the incorporation of this modification on the detailed drawing. The effect of this delay has been that we had 3 or 4 sets of parts made for the Wraith to the original drawing, which are now scrap.

We should be glad if you could find out where the delay occurred, possibly the Design Dept.'s memo did not get to you immediately.
