Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd.,
DERBY....................

Dear Sirs:

We thank you for your communication of the 23rd instant, giving us particulars with regards to the Balance Lever Bush.

From the information, we have worked out the colsures and find that there should be a resultant running clearance of 0.0015" to 0.0025" and which we think will fulfil your requirements.

We are pleased to note that tests are now to be made with a Case Hardened Spindle and will be very interested to hear the results.

Meanwhile, we will deliver, as soon as possible, the eight Bushes in a denser quality of "Oilite" for further test.

Yours faithfully,
FOR THE MANGANESE BRONZE
AND BRASS CO., LIMITED.

E Robson
