For the attention of Mr.F.R.Hornby.

Dear Sir,

We confirm our telephone conversation when we report to you that the Philco Radio set Model 11 which we recently installed on our Works Manager's Rolls-Royce car had ceased functioning. From a closer examination the fault appears to lie entirely with the set and we confirm that you will quickly arrange to service this set by preferably sending a complete set in exchange. We now await your instructions in the matter and we hope you will do everything possible to minimise the delay in getting the receiver in working condition again.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
