For the attention of Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} West.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter of the 30th October and we are surprised to hear that you do not consider the sparking plug Suppressors satisfactory.

We have had two complaints about these, one was on a 40/50 and the other on a Bentley. Both had been at the Show and in cases where the Suppressors were loose it was found to be due to them having been very badly strained.

However, we are going into this matter and we will get our Representative to take it up with you when he calls.

Assuring you of our best services.

We are,

Yours faithfully,
PHILCO RADIO & TELEVISION CORPORATION
