Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary}

Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}17/ML.13.9.40.

5. FRAME.

Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/EAG/RCG. and Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/JD.{J. Draper - Frames} both produced schemes of suggested frames for the Myth and it was clear that there was very little difference between the two. It was agreed that Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/JD.{J. Draper - Frames} should produce the final drawing of the frame, in co-operation with RCG.

6. BODY MOUNTING.

Some discussion took place on body mountings. EAG. will submit various schemes for body mountings to enable the final decision to be taken at some future date.

7. TRAFFICATORS.

A trafficator will be accomodated on the steering column and therefore no provision need be made for it on the instrument board.

8. CHANGE-SPEED LEVER.

Provision must be made for side change speed levers. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} has also got to decide where the hand-brake is going. It is important that Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/EAG. should have these particulars at an early date.

9. ELECTRICALLY OPERATED REAR BLIND.

This will not be incorporated in the specification.

10. HEATER.

Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} will submit an approximate specification for the heater for the car. A heater will be a standard fitting.

11. WIRELESS.

The wireless will not be a standard fitting, but provision will have to be made for accomodating a wireless set on the dash board. The Buick wireless set is considered to be the sort of size we shall have to cope with after the war.
