Ignition Distributor Contact Fingers.

Now that we have agreed to use the stirrup type spring on the ignition distributor contact finger on "Bensport", this finger becomes interchangeable on the distributors for 20/25, 40/50 and tank engines, with the exception that the "Bensport" finger has for its locating centre a bush of insulating material, whereas on the other chassis it is of phosphor bronze.

We shall be pleased to know, therefore, if you would agree to using the "Bensport" finger on the other chassis to enable us to keep one piece common.

We propose, of course, to go to the welded on point for 20/25 and 40/50 H.P., for greater reliability, and it would assist us if we could buy larger quantities from Watfords of one particular type.
