Dear Jack,

Here is an account which should have been rendered months ago.

The coachbuilders have nothing to do with us, but they do repairs on customers' bodies.

I gave them a good straffing about the delay in sending in the account, and their letter dated 11th September is the result. Perhaps you would be good enough to settle the account direct.

I am sorry the financial side of your car has been dealt with in such an unbusinesslike manner from our end.
