Re. Needles for S.U.Carburetters.

We have to-day made some tests on two Bentley Cars fitted with the standard A.W.needles to the Carburetters and the new ones provided by Exp.Dept. with the following results.

B-82-BN{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} with A.W.Needles.
10 to 60 m.p.h. 24.8 sec.
10 to 80 m.p.h. 42.8 sec.

Exp.Needles.
10 to 60 m.p.h. 24.8 sec.
10 to 80 m.p.h. 46.6 sec.

B-30-BN.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} with A.W.Needles.
10 to 60 m.p.h. 24.8 sec.
10 to 80 m.p.h. 51.2 sec.

Exp.Needles.
10 to 60 m.p.h. 24.2 sec.
10 to 80 m.p.h. 53.4 sec.

B-82-BN{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} is the streamline car which was shown on Park Wards Stand at the Show.

B-30-BN{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} is the Bentley Car shown on Thrupps Stand, you may remember these two cars.

The above tests were made on Brooklands track. Whilst at the track we tried to get some times with a 20/25HP car with the carburetter fitted with the B6 needles
