[STAMP: RECEIVED 4 NOV 1931] Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd., D E R B Y. Dear Sirs, 20/25 H.P. Battery Type 6-TBS7-A.{Mr Adams} In reply to your letter of the 2nd. inst., perhaps we did not make it quite clear in our letter of October 30th. that lead washers are not fitted under the intercell connectors on the 40/50 H.P. battery, for the reasons which we have already pointed out. However, we understand that you desire us to fit them in future, and we are arranging accordingly both for the 3-RRN11-A type and for the new 6-TBS7-A type. We are also sending you 10 lead washers for you to fit on the sample battery. Yours faithfully, PETO & RADFORD. [Signature: C G Pritchett] [Handwritten: WST] | ||
