| SECRET To Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} or to HH V.H I.V/H.L.68.4.30 Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} On PL.354 (original sent to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH) we shew a 1/16 design of the Bentley 6 car. At the moment neither PL.353 or PL.354 call for any design or detail drawings by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH. -: Original to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH. Prints to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} Oy. & Ashby. This will be done by V.H with the help of HH in due course. What we have shewn is a bonnet of the two piece hinged type which is now almost universal, and we shall not deviate from this in general, and we shall with a view of it's being the easiest except for the Silver Wraith which will have a contoured front. The tyres are 6.00 and it will be noticed that the spare wheel is housed under the tail. The tyres are 6.00, section on E.V.A. A subsequent scheme has been used on PL.382 and the centre line has been made possible by a very big combined course of design to combine the spare wheel position in the out and out of the boot and the side spare wheel carrier. A study of PL.382 will shew that we have passed the radiator as suggested by H.I.V/A4.G of the front wings and apron. O.T.S | ||
